Six things, each of them real, each of them stated before you pay. Nothing here is a feature. All of it is evidence.
A live membership card with a permanent number, rendered in the material your standing has earned. It pays for nothing.
A signed Apple Wallet credential carrying your number and material. It opens no doors.

The material advances with lifetime standing and never falls back. A threshold crossed is crossed.
A record of each contribution, derived from an Apple-signed transaction, exportable on request.
One annual membership. You receive the next number in sequence and a Graphite card. The number is yours for as long as the record exists.
A repeatable contribution, offered one, five or ten at a time. It never expires, buys nothing, and raises the lifetime figure.
At each threshold the card changes material, from Graphite to Obsidian. The Board and the Ledger record exactly how you got there.
Each material is gated by cumulative verified spend. Richer means darker. The apex is black.

Nothing. It is a status object. It issues a number, renders a card, records what you paid, and places you on a public board. It says so before you pay and it will keep saying so.
Yes, and it is the default. Anonymous members hold the same rank and amount; only the name is withheld. You can change this at any time in Settings.
A reversed purchase is deducted from your lifetime figure and the Board reflects money actually kept. Refunds go through Apple, and there is an in-app request path.
Not from being outspent. Materials are thresholds, not rankings. Only a refund can lower the lifetime figure.
Yes. Numbers are issued once, in order of initiation, and are never reassigned.
